Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

CYHA Winter Hockey

Please refer to the document you will sign during the registration process for the CYHA Refund policy

CYHA Staff

Please submit a CYHA expense report for any costs incurred to be CYHA Staff: CEP classes, background check, modules, etc.

CYHA Golf Tourney

Refunds available upon request.

Checking Clinic

Refunds will be available upon request.

JR Gold Summer Skate

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the CYHA President. Requests received prior to the first session will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after the start of the summer skates.

JR Gold / 16U Pre Tryout Skate

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the CYHA President. Requests received prior to the first clinic session will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after the start of the clinic sessions.

Traveling Pre Season Skate
